Creating metal artwork is a fun experience for us!
It seems to be a perfect way to blend our talents and creativity.
A good deal of our artwork incorporates worn and discarded parts,
tools and other object which can often offer a starting point in the creative process.
We have used nature, insects and animals as inspiration for many pieces,
and enjoy making humorous characters ranging from tiny two-inch bugs to six-foot tall robots as well as functional art.
The creation of each piece is unique, one may be Mark's idea, the next time Lynne creates the design,
while many are very much a collaborative effort.
Once a basic concept is laid out the parts are readied then the welding is done by Mark.
Following the welding process Lynne paints and details each piece, if needed.
The finished products are often described as fun, colorful and whimsical!
We enjoy seeing others react to our work and we are delighted when we can bring a smile to someone's face.
Many of our favorite pieces continue to make us smile each time we see them.
Although we have not been able to actively participate in as many art events recently we are always available for
commissioned work. We would love to work with you
